RIBSTAR™ Belt

Has excellent weather (cold resistant) and ozone resistance, and uses eco-friendly EPDM rubber. Because the belt thickness is thin it is excellent at bending resistance, it is used with small pulley diameters, and can be used in reverse bending layout with back side pulley.

Also offering special specification products that match engine characteristics.

A belt that combines the advantages of V-belts and Flat belts, excellent flex resistance and can be used in high speed rotation in small pulley diameters.

From the low cord elasticity and special rubber of the multi V ribs, it has high transmission power capabilities.

Star Fit

Star Fit™ is a V-ribbed belt that interacts with a specific pulley which has no adjustment space.

Benefits

  • Using different materials than the general V-ribbed belt, the pulley does not adjust and is able to be installed on specific engines and maintains proper tension.
  • Since the pulley does not adjust(due to limited space), the belt is installed by using a special tool.* There is also engines that have been designed to install without using a special tool.

Raw Edge Plain V-belt (REMF)

Since the belt side is a special exposed rubber construction, the rubber comes in direct contact with the pulley. Because of this it has high grip power and does not slip, creating high power transmission ability.

Raw Edge Wide-angle V-belt (WFC/WMP)

Compared to the Raw Edge Plain V-belt, the angel is larger at 52°. By using a cog shape the flexibility and durability is improved.

Raw Edge Cogged V-belt (RECMF)

The Raw Edge V-belt’s underside is a cogged shaped belt, with low energy loss by bending, and adapts to small diameter pulleys. In addition it also demonstrates stability with high speed rotation.

Raw Edge Multi-ply V-belt (MPMF)

Has an identical structure as Raw Edge Plain V-belt but is several sheets of laminated bias fabric, controlling noise with excessive grip.
