Ball Joint

Our bodies are made up of a lot of joints. The joints help us move more dynamically and flexibly, and this movement relieves the impact. The ball joint is like the joint of a vehicle suspension. Connect between control arm and knuckle. With the insertion of a ball joint, the vehicle suspension unit has a wide range of movements. The ball joint operates so that the suspension parts can move in various directions, not just in a certain direction. These movement disperses the impact on the car.

Strong Surface Treatment
CTR has electro deposition coating comparable to the OE level to prevent rust from reducing durability.

Polymer Seat
CTR uses a polymer ball seat. Low friction damage and low variation in torque and clearance can keep performance long.

Hard & Soft Ball Stud
CTR reduces the surface roughness of the ball through the burnishing process, making the ball smooth. It also has high strength by applying carbon steel, heat treatment, and cold forging.

Stabilizer-link

Stabilizer Link

The stabilizer link connects the stabilizer bar with suspension parts such as shock-up absorbers or control arm. Helps to ensure support role and stability of vehicle movement when torsion occurs in the stabilizer bar.

Special Grease
Coat the ball and ball seat with specially made grease to keep the torque stable and prevent rust.

Workability Design
CTR creates two planes on the ball stud flange to improve workability and prevents contamination by rust or foreign substances.

03

Control Arm

The control arm assembles a ball joint and bushing on a high-strength body. The ball joint part reacts flexibly by connecting with knuckles equipped with various suspension parts and wheel. The rubber bushing securely fixes the vehicle body and the control arm and absorbs shock.

Powerful Body
It has a strong control arm body that can support suspension parts through hot rolled solid steel sheet and lightweight aluminum alloy forged material.

04

Bushing

The bushing pressed into the control arm prevents vibration and noise at the connection between the control arm and the vehicle frame.

The thick rubber bushing balances elasticity and rigidity for a comfortable ride and excellent durability.

05

Rack End

This mechanically connects the Rack bar and the Tierod-end. The steering power input from the steering is transmitted to the tire so that the driver can move the vehicle in the desired direction.

The tie rod set (Tiderod-end & Rack-end) has a ball joint structure on both sides. Even when the body is inclined, it responds flexibly and transmits steering power to the wheel.
